Team Member Needs
Core Care Team:
Leadership, Administration, Vision &
Planning
Administrative Coordinators: Shared responsibility for collecting/inputting follow-up forms, assigning care shepherds and maintaining care log.
Social Media Coordinators: Responsible for posting ministry updates to social media, contributing to ministry's social media page(s) and updating administrative coordinator with needs identified on social media.
Care Shepherds: Serve as main point person/resource/coordinator for designated individual in need of care. Identify and incorporate care team members from other areas as needed and related to individual's specific needs.
Prayer Ministry/ Spiritual Counsel: Serve in resource pool to partner with care shepherd to provide prayer and spiritual counsel and support as needed to ministry recipients.
Discipleship: Serve in resource pool to partner with care shepherd to disciple ministry recipients as needed.
Financial Counsel: Serve in resource pool to partner with care shepherd to provide financial counsel to ministry recipients as needed.
Medical/Social Services/ Community Resource Referrals: Serve in resource pool to partner with care shepherd to provide medical, social service and/or community resource referrals to ministry recipients as needed.
Marriage Partners: Serve in resource pool to partner with care shepherd to minister to, counsel and support married couples as needed.
Visiting: Serve in resource pool to provide hospital, home
and general visits as needed. This resource pool may be approached by Care
Shepherd or directly by Administrative Coordinator or Core Care Team as needed.
Meals & Other Support Services: Support services may include meals, childcare, errands, cleaning, maintenance if needed based on ministry recipient's situation. This resource pool may be approached by Care Shepherd or directly by Administrative Coordinator or Core Care Team as needed.
Cards, Calls & Flowers: Serve in resource pool to send cards, make calls and may arrange deliveries for encouragement, condolence, congratulations, etc. This resource pool may be approached by Care Shepherd or directly by Administrative Coordinator or Core Care Team as needed.
